With all the caterers and restaurants in Dallas, why call a personal chef?  Because I can offer each client an endless variety of unique, personalized menus, events and parties.  The cost will depend on a number of factors, including food choice, level of service and number of guests.  I work in your home or office setting, using your appliances and my own small equipment.

My resume includes working in commercial kitchens in Lafayette, Louisiana and at Central Market in Plano, working as a private chef to a Dallas entrepreneur, and several years as a personal chef, offering my services to a wide range of clients and corporations.  I am also an active member of Slow Food and work closely with other chefs and food professionals to keep my skills and knowledge current.
